Bro Kahfei(fai..) was talking about conversations with God, and he told us about one of his own.
I found it so real, and it was something that struck me for the first time.
Anyway, what God told him was that He first reminded him of Jesus' occupation on earth.
He was a carpenter.
And carpenters handled wood, hammers and nails.
Familiar?
They are the very same objects used when Jesus was crucified; they were preparing Him for His purpose- to die for us.
And in the same way, whatever we go through now are to prepare us for what is to come in the future.
Like trainings after trainings for an athlete.
Hurdles, high jump.
You keep jumping so you can clear the rope/bar during the 'competition' itself.
Same, isn't it?
