Okay this one's quite fun though, I admit.

And I can decide how many I do! Just that it has to be effective.
I started with 400 single skips, but found it really hard because it makes the rope fly really slowly!
So I changed to 200 double skips, but found it too easy.
So I did 250, then upgraded to 350 today!
YAY.
I like skipping.
It's funner and less tiring than mat work!
