I took down a lot of 'to blog about' notes but never got to blogging now. But it's not a good time to do so. I will just blog about GB!
It was great fun. The levites messed around with national day songs since the sec4s are leaving! so sad.
At GB, worship spoke to me the most. I did one worksheet over the weekend. And we had a lot of homework, just in case I didn't say that before. Yesterday already God started to remind me to make the most use of His gifts, not to disappoint Him, not to let these talents go to waste.
Sounded very much like the master and his servants to which he gave the talons. 2 servants multiplied them; they were rewarded. The other kept it; he was condemned.
At worship today, Squishy (WL) spoke about making every effort to do things for God, and doing things for the glory of God, not for man. And it really spoke to me. I was filled with guilt. For me, guilt is a good thing. I don't get guilty very easily, and when I do, it's when I'm the most obedient, the most submissive to God, the most hungry, the most generous with time and effort.
And I'm promising God that I will stay true to Philippians 3:14
I press on towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward through Christ Jesus.
