I'm IN LOVE. With music. Don't worry, it's not some random guy. Music is cool. (: I used to hate music when I was really small. My mum would put me at the piano and get me to play songs (she teaches me, remember?) and it was quite bad because I didn't practice much and kept getting scolded. And I remember seeing her teach her other students (just for fun she teaches a few, it's not a full-time thing) get chocolate and candy from her when they played well. I NEVER GOT ANY! xP I guess my mum realised because she let me have some too! (: Not a good thing, I'm getting fat! Oh and shhh don't tell Mrs Chua I'm not taking regular piano lessons, only when the exam is approaching (it's my fault, not my mum's LARH). But Laura has fallen in love with guitar in GB! Guitar is so fun! It's simple to learn and easy to play too. Just that you can't play chords and a melody line (at least, I doubt) so it's a bit hard to improvise. Unlike piano! Which is why piano is funner. But Laura is scared of the violin. It gives a twisted neck! And dented fingers and stuff (sorry violinists it's just me). And I produce screechy sounds. But I still survived the MEP concert (: , despite not practising. I felt a bit bad. BUT I DID PRACITSE ON FRIDAY (before rehersal) AND ON THE DAY BEFORE THE CONCERT! Hmm... What else can Laura play? OH OH OH Laura likes to sing. (: Singing is cool; You can do it anytime, anywhere. And it's easy too! No need to practice much (: Unfortunately, normal voices only produce one tone. Not like piano (max 20), guitar (max 6), violin (max 4) tones at once! This is stupid; Laura is sure you people will laugh! Laura can play the recorder! EHH she can play in TUNE okay! Unlike most of her primary school classmates. I was really fascinated by the recorder in primary school because I could play all those nursery rhymes in P3 and was boasting about it xP Oh and sorry this is really ego. Laura just likes music LARHH. WHEEEE. Music rawks. IMPROV!! (: UHOH. There's redaction for tomorrow and english too. And si han exam too. BOO. Sad Laura. And Laura still feels really weird. BOO. Weird. BOO. Weird. GOSH. What a crazy week. Fun + Work + Craziness stirred thoroughly and served in a big bowl called Laura's current week. & I wonder if there's anything wrong with it...
