    Everything & Anything

I'm feeling random. Basically I haven't had much to blog about because all I did was work, slack, slack, work, slack, slack, eat, work, slack, eat, slack, work, TAWG, sleep. In school I think things are rather exciting. I'm glad Mr De Souza isn't strict. I really dislike teachers who scold you and make you do stuff. Like if there's no teacher to push me, I will STILL study for the exam when it's coming. The only difference is that the middle portion (between the exam and the start of the term) is the lack of work. Of course, for English, Literature and Chinese it should be consistent. WHICH IS SO NOT. Okay maybe for EL and LIT since Ms Ong and Mrs Loh are rather strict, but CHINESE? I only start doing my worksheets when I have to hand in my file. Okay, maybe not THAT bad but AHH WHATEVER. My chinese is getting real bad. I remember when I rejoined TCC last year in preteens, Bro Randy was asking me for my least favourite subject and I couldn't name anything. Then people were like,"WHAT? NOT EVEN CHINESE?" Bro Randy was like "Wah top scorer..." LOL. I really really enjoyed and looked forward to daily chinese lessons. They were really fun with cai laoshi to teach us. And because they were daily and regular my chinese improved A LOT last year. Sigh. I want my chinese back. I think the language of chinese is useful and meaningful but I just can't get myself to revise when exams seem so far away (though they're actually coming REAL soon, like CL letter-writing next Fri, Lit week 6, and 2 others in week 7 & 8.) WHOA. OHOHOH YES. Speaking of exams, I got Geog back! Remember the one I was gan-jiong-ing about? xP THAT ONE. To my pleasant surprise actually I did pretty well, THANK GOD. WHOA. It was totally unexpected. And I actually felt bad because the grace of God was so, so abundant. I was ashamed of myself I guess, because I didn't study much. I memorised the ox-bow lake thing during recess before Geog. I lost the mark there, but SO? I mean, I could have been a Yunan, Huiyi or Steph, studying so hard. I would still be rather pleased with the result, only I would have accredited it to my own hard work. For my case, it cannot be anything but divine intervention. Though I DID study for the test, I didn't KNOW much. The whole miracle of it is that what I didn't know DIDN'T COME OUT. How amazing is that! I only memorised ox-bow lakes (being complacent before that I just understood the processes until I found out everyone ELSE memorised it!) I didn't memorise the other river features like levees and waterfalls. But only ox-bow lake came out! Thank God! (: BTW I did reveal my mark along the way. It's not subtle. AT ALL.
